I'm a high school girl and In the begining of every new school year I get good grades but that all changes over time. I get bored and eventually angry because as hard as I try, I can never seem to keep myself interested. Could this be some sort of learning disability? Or is this normal?
I had the same prob my teacher had me tested for add and ADHD and I had them so ask
I have the same problem at uni, i start the year of determined to do really well and then as the year progresses i just lose interest. I still pass but i could get better grades if i kept motivated.
school is hard...when they made me learn my times tables in 3d grade i thought i was going to die...but after that i kind of realized that school was not for pussies, and i had to learn things or else i would be f-u-c-k-e-d, so i busted my ass after that; all the way through college i never thought 'this isn't entertaining enough' because i knew learning was HARD not EASY...otherwise they wouldn't make you go to school at all.
Look, if your bored in school, do what 98% of people do, TEXT!!! If your too scared that ur phone will be taken away then you can open a notebook while a teacher is giving a lecture and just draw a picture, make designs, doodle, or whatever. I like to draw storyboards for new movies i want to make. the possibilities are endless and it'll look like your taking notes the whole time. I hope this helped.

If your spending all your time there, of course you're going to get bored. Your there to learn, not to have fun!
