i’ve caught me boyfriend so many times cheating and he won’t stop. he promises he will do EVERYTHING he can in his power to fix this but he hasn’t shown any remorse. he only seems to care when he gets caught. i made an appointment for couples therapy but he says he will feel awkward and won’t say a lot. i don’t know what to do. if you have any advice please let me know

I believe you can do better. However, that's your choice. Perhaps you just like having something to complain about that some people would feel sympathy for you. I assure you that most people will feel about you based on your continual acceptance of it.
I suggest that you set new standards and act accordingly. You will do better in life that way.

He's never going to stop. And he doesn't care, he's playing you like a violin. You need to dump him, it'll hurt a lot at first but it'll save you years of heartbreak in the future.

I never will understand why people stay with cheaters. It's always "wah but I loves them very much" and "love will conquer all I know it will". At the end of the day, those feelings are just naive and will continue to make you a doormat.
