Breast growth spurt

Hello I had a few breast growth spurts before but only my breast size and nipples grew, but recently I had another growth spurt and this time along with my breast and nipple size, the area of my breasts that my areola cover has drastically increased and my nipple holes have gotten a lot bigger and the nipple itself has gotten a lot bigger in comparison to the growth spurts I have had before.
Please comment if you know what I should do.
