Brother 7320 scanning problem

I recetly bought a Brother MFC 7320 All-in-one and it refuses to scan multiple pages with Acrobat 9. When is scanning, I get a promptsaying "reading from device." This prompt pops up with every page. The Brother support called it a driver problem. But neither installing the latest Brother driver nor reinstalling the entire operating system kick out the error.

Has anybody encountered this problem ?

Thank you.

Since you have update the printer driver for Brother MFC 7320 to the latest version, I think this is should be something wrong with your operating system, check Windows Update to see is there any available update and then you should update Windows firmware as well. If necessary, check for updates for the Acrobat 9, such as driver and software, and you may need to install those updates and reboot your computer.
