    It's California. Go into a dispensary and just make sure whatever you steal is a little under $900 in value. Cops won't do shit about it and no ID required

        Repeating what I've seen/heard from others. I've seen videos uploaded online of people completely ransacking pharmacies and convenience stores. Granted, those videos are recorded in the store so there's no verification that they actually got away with it. I've also got family in southern California and while they say it's not totally rampant, they have seen people do things like grab a few extra items after paying for their stuff in the self-checkout line at the store

              A cart full of power tool sets from Lowes probably over $2000 worth... it's all chained up now with tamper proof alarms.
