Can accounting software replace an accountant?
i dont know. maybe go somewhere else on the web and do your fucking RESEARCH
No, because it can't cook the books.
Nothing can replace a good accountant that knows what they are doing.
In Germany I play by the rules. But back home in Bulgaria, I know which accountant to contact... She knows her stuff and isn't afraid to do what's right and bump up profits for the both of us. She's done it for over 10 years.
It has and will continue to replace many of the functions of an accountant.
Not really. Using software has it's own disadvantages. Someone still has to enter in information manually and that leads to it being very easy to mistype something. Also you still need someone to be trained in how to use whatever software and one program may be very different to another so even if someone is an experienced accountant they will still need to be trained if they aren't familiar with the specific software a company uses. It's also easier to commit fraud using software so a company may need to spend more money on security and the software itself could get costly. Accounting software is more a tool for accounts rather than a replacement of an accountant.
