Can anybody tell me how to make it rain?

I need to work and I can't concentrate enough if it isn't raining super heavily!

How can I make it rain?? Do those rain dances really work in Africa?

Please help me!!!

    There are applications you can download that mimic the sound of the rain. Search for study apps on the app store. They can be so relaxing. Currently I use the app called 'Study Music.'

        Alternatively you can check the weather report and only study when it rains. Lol.

    You can get relaxation tracks that are breezes, waves coming to shore etc. I bet there is one for rain.

    Become the president of the United States and use HAARP and other secrety projects to affect the weather and make it rain.

    Or go to a strip club with a stack of 1$ bills and start throwing them at the stripper/ prostitute.

    Or just search rainstorm sound in youtube if you are really boring XD
