Can cats put you to bed?

My siamese cat seems to always come in the living room at certain times and bug me until I go to bed. She does this every night. She will follow me into the room and then get on my bed and fall asleep with me. It started when I had a serious injury about three months back. Is this normal?

    O_O Yeah and if you train them for long enough they can even make you breakfast and go grocery shopping. true story. (i'm sorry but you have to know: it's not a true story.)

    My cat totally lets me know when it's bed time. She starts meowing at the bedroom door and doesn't shut up until the light is off. It's pretty cute.

    Wow, sounds A LOT like my Siamese cat!! She is soooo insanely cuddly and demands to go to bed, lol. So much personality :) My tabby is a followe though...

    Totally normal, she is just ready for bed and she feels more comfortable when you are in bed with her. That is so sweet! Cats are smarter than alot of people think.
