Can cold as a baby affect you once grown up?

Soo once when i was a baby my brother and sis left me naked in a snow bank, I was told I was found about a half hour later. Well now days I'm all grown up. 20 years of age and alot of my body isn't very sensitive, hell not even my testies I can take a pretty good hit without feeling muvh. Idk I'm just trying to figure out why among other sections of me are super insensitive, this is all I can think it could be. Like the nerves got damaged or something? Idk if any of you have an idea or even know i would love to hear it

    I honestly don't know, but I think that was an evil thing for your siblings to do.
