Can i get an std from having sex with my sister

Im a male, i have a sister. I have had a crazy dream where me and my sister had sex. Yea it seems creepy but, if i were to have sex with my sister would me or her get an std? I would prefer if females would answer this in the comments and give their input, but if males would like to give their input or have the answer you may answer as well.

I have done a lot of research and some say yes and some say no i cant get an std but i need to know the explanation behind both answers.

    If you do ten jumping Jack's, run a lap, 132 pushups, eat a tomato, and do that all with a flashlight stuck up your ass then you won't get an STD. Trust me.

    Oh man...have you not had sex ed yet?
    A. Don't have sex with relatives
    B. Have sex with someone other than a relative (mix up the gene pool dude...don't shit where you eat)
    C. Once finding a female companion not closely related to you (and willing to have sexual intercourse with you), the chances of contracting an STD depend on the individual's past sexual experiences (assuming you do not have any). Chlamydia and Gonorrhea are most common, however, it's possible to contract any number of STD's (syphilis, HPV, Herpes, etc)
    It's always important to practice safe sex.
