Take cutting from near the bottom of the tree, make sure it is a healthy cutting with no yellowing or signs of disease or mold. Cut it with a clean blade at a 45 degree angle and put it in water immediately. Place it somewhere warm and either in indirect sunlight or under a cfl lightbulb. When you start to see roots appearing, plant it in some multipurpose compost.
