Can i still gain muscle ?

I'm not on diet, I eat only regular Food a lot
can I still gain muscle with regular Food ?
even i workout hard I gain only fat and very small muscle, dieing is really very important ?

actually I can't afford diet Food everyday

    You can't lose a ton of weight if you don't eat healthy but you can lose a significant amount of weight if you don't eat bad. My guess is you probably eat worse than you think you do if you aren't losing weight and working out really hard. Either that or you're not working out hard enough. You should be sweating every-time and sore frequently if you're getting a good workout.

    If you're fat then you'll be building muscle under the fat and you will not see the results as much. You will be gaining muscle though.

    Yes, you can gain muscle with just regular food, water, and working out 3-5 times per week.

    You need to have a balanced diet though. Protein, carbs, sugar, vitamins... all of it.

    Good old fashioned workout routine is the best way. A little bit of cardio, push ups, pull ups, sit ups, burpees, bench press, squat, and all of the other common weight lifting moves for various parts of the body.
