Can pain killers make u feel paranoid?

Ok so i took a pain killer for my menstrual pain, something i dont normally do and i suddenly feel like someone is following me and I keep seeing people around me, even if its just piles of clothes and stuff like that does this have anything to do with pain killers or is it just because i didnt sleep much yesterday.

Paracetamol does not make u paranoid. Could be lack of sleep or anxiety or due to pain.

Look - any drug that can specifically pass through a persons blood brain barrier and make changes to brain activity such as opiates may cause a person to become paranoid. Want proof - okay here goes. Opiates such Vicoden, Percocet whatever - your doctor will warn you of its side effects ESPECIALLY dreams - like nightmares. Now do you begin to see the paranoid implications? Well documented is the connection between opiates and dreams - not well documented is the relationship of nightmares, opiates, and paranoid behavior.
Opiate pill are 10 - 15 times more addictive then Heroin as Pharmaceutical companies have introduced more and more addictive chemicals in their products, such does the tobacco industry.

i hear a lot of people saying that the drug will not make you paranoid but drugs such as pain medications affect people in different way. then too, pain meds and no sleep is just a bad combination. probably both of those together is making you paranoid.

Pain and lack of sleep will do that. Cocodamol can fuck you up like that but paracetamol shouldn't.

If i am thinking of the right medication, cocodamol contains codeine and paracetamol. Now, unless you're withdrawing from it, that will make you anything but paranoid

Maybe you took something else? I really doubt that was the case. Cocodamol can get you high ig but not paranoid. Wouldn't be using it if it would 😂

I think, its normal thing, you just need to get relax, take proper sleep daily and divert your mind toward your like ones activity.
Consult with your parents i'm sure you'll get some positive reply from them.

Just paracetamol is pretty shit for menstrual pain, it barely gets me through a mild headache 😂. Also nah, not the meds then
