Can problems happen if i have to much sex/jerk off to much?

I feel stupid for asking but Apart of me kinda of worries that I could make myself sterile or have erectal problems because I have sex often and if I don't have sex I usually jerk off. What I am asking is that is semen/sperm limited and has a end or dose it not matter. Why I think this is because I come from a super religious family so I think that says much about it. I'm not religious now I don't really believe it the crap they said before but some of it know kinda stuck in the back of my mind. I feel guilty after I jack off sometimes and I usaually tell my girlfriend about it and she surprisingly doesn't judge(she is kinda religious but not ultra).

    A young, healthy man with correctly functioning gonads will produce, on average, around 300 million sperm cells every day. A single ejaculation contains about 40 million sperm cells.

    Spermatozoa which remain in the testes are only viable for a limited time, so those that aren't released before their Best Before date are reabsorbed by the body. This is totally different to women, who are born with a lifetime supply of eggs, only one of which normally matures and is released every month.

    I haven't looked into it recently, but I recall reading research a few years ago which suggested that regular ejaculation - by whatever means - is healthy for guys in the long-term, because it reduces the risk of prostate problems later in life. Apparently, the incidence of prostate cancer is higher than the norm amongst Catholic priests who (supposedly) never have sex or masturbate.

    Generally speaking, the worst that can happen with masturbation is friction burns if your technique is rough and you do it a lot, but even that isn't a big deal, since the skin of the penis usually heals very quickly. Rough, fast masturbation can also train your body to come quickly and need a lot more stimulation that you get during vaginal sex. That can be an issue for some guys when they get into a sexual relationship, but a period of abstinence is often enough to solve that problem.

    There are several benefits to masturbation, not least of which is that guys who jerk off regularly tend not to be needy, desperate jerks with their girlfriends, and they're generally more relaxed.

    Guilt about masturbation is pretty common among those raised in a religious, sex-negative environment, but it's a completely natural thing to do, and you've gotta ask yourself if God is really so petty that he gets bent out of shape over something as trivial as that, then what sort of a twisted Being is he, anyway?

    You won't find any specific prohibition of masturbation in the Bible. The religious preoccupation against it is really about how anything to do with the human body and sex in particular is sinful, and how we're all pathetic creatures who shouldn't seek or enjoy bodily pleasure, but rather think only about the wonderful things that will happen after we die.

      Figured about the whole sinful body thing it's one of many reasons why I quit religion(Catholic) to be honest I feel better for it but the nagging guilt happens still from time to time.

    I got a UTI from too much masturbation. Better off to buy a fleshlight and use it. Feels better also

    Nah, don't worry you've got unlimited sperm for life.
    There's side effects to ejaculating a lot, but nothing permanent. And you definitely won't run out of viable sperm, so it can't make you infertile.

      Unlimited semen not sperm. I'm pretty sure sperm diminishes as men age.
