Hi I am 19 and 3days ago I was sat with a scicors and got carried away there was nothing wrong with my feet I jus decided to cut thick layers off the back as they felt rubbery now I have quite deep lumps on the souls of my feet do u know if they will ever heel and grow back the way they where? Or how long it will take to grow back?
I now realise it was a stupid thing to do and regret it but I would like tho know if they will grow back okay and how long it will take ?????

    I still do this (extremely bad habit of mine, I do a lot of home surgery) and it does grow back (: As above users mentioned, clean with anti-septic and cover appropriately.

    It's fine, like others have said, treat it with antiseptic and dress the wound. If you see major improvements in a couple days, it isn't doctor-worthy. Otherwise, schedule a checkup.

    Were you trying to cut of callouses or remove fat? They're safe and products that will rub down your callouses and remove them. Wash the wound areas and dry them. Then put on antiseptic (I usually use honey since it has strong anti-bacterial properties), and put bandaids or bandages on the areas. If you take something that will boosts your immune system, it will help your body be able to fight infection off better. Coconut oil is a powerful anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. It's good for your whole body health. Mushrooms, like Shitake, are anti-fungal and boost the immune system. (Etc.) Finally, go see your doctor.

    It will heal (the heel is another part of your foot!) - but you might need to get some antiseptic cream or something similar to prevent infection.

    How are you coping with walking? It sounds painful - don't do it again!

    Its not good to cut off callouses on your feet like that. I smell a troll in the dungeon.
