I got a long time friend of mine and he was dropping hints of having a crush on me, he used to love me in the past and now few years later he comes up with this...I wonder if he still feels something?

    I find that hard to understand myself I think people move on in life that after not speaking to someone for years the feelings would cease to exist.

    Even exes that were horrible I still care for in some way, hope their lives are okay and that they're better peopl. Even if he cares about you, you don't have to get back with him. Sometimes people romanticize their old relationships and remember the good times and not the bad. There were reasons you broke up!

      Then why some people "fall out of love" haven't they ever loved in first place?
