I've been hooked on this stupid game ever since Xbox let it go for free last month in the live marketplace. It's like minecraft meets castlevania and I am so addicted to it. Anyone else have this experience with a videogame? I mean, that isn't Warcraft or something obvious.
Replay ability. Is they best thing about games the top selling game titles. That and player/character/vehicle/weapon customization. People like to tailor their game to their personal habits and play style. Call of duty, fallout, the elder scrolls franchise, borderlands, WoW, and even minecraft and terraria have elements of it. How you customize your house and player.
Yes there are a few games that will get you hooked. Especially games that has many different endings.
Holy shit lol. Haven't had terraria fever dreams yet. But I'm sure if I dropped some acid Id be lost in that 2d wonderland. Bloops and beeps and flying eyeballs
Yes... have you had the dreams yet?
They are basically nightmares where you are in the game mining in one direction continuously. Sometimes you wake up briefly and feel stressed out about it but you keep mining in the dream.
So yeah, I stopped playing once those dreams started, it's basically like an advanced version of Minecraft on steroids...
I got over playing it when the next game came out which was the new Gears of War... But I know I'll have to go back and finish the achievements on it, which I'm not looking forward to.
