i can't take pills without chewing them because i fear there might be foreign objects in them that would get trapped in my stomach.
take the pills, mash them up, add them with water, and inject with a syringe.
I'm the same way.
I'm terrified to swallow pills. I either have to chew them, pour them on my tongue or mix them in a drink just to take them!
Nothing to be afraid of.. it's just your imagination.
I can't stand the taste of pills so when i do take them i swallow them fast.
Nothing is going to be trapped in your stomach.
It's a pill not a living creature.
