I have had a few jobs. However I always pay things on debit or cash so I dont really have credit. I charged stuff on credit but I never used money I dont have in the bank. So I dont think I have a credit score but I have a job. So am I eligible to get loans or I have to be in debt first?

No credit is worse than bad credit in this fucked up system. The only way to get credit is to get a credit card and start buying things on credit, and NOT paying it off every month. As time goes on and you get more debt, you get a bigger credit line.
Stick to only buying what you can afford to pay cash for and you'll be hundreds of thousands of dollars ahead by the time you are my age.
Put $500 in a CD in your bank as collateral and pull out a $500 loan then pay off your loan as close as possible to the deadline. That's not only how you get a loan without credit, it's the best way to build credit because the interest is stupid low due to the $500 you put up as collateral.
But lemme guess, you need money NOW. haha
Oh you can get loans alright. Title loans. Payday loans. If you're dead set on going down one of those paths I would tell you to avoid title loans at all cost. If you go down the payday loan path you'll just end up in a negative feedback loop where you're constantly borrowing more in order to pay off the last loan.
