Candy diet
My baseline is 4000 calories a day to maintain my current weight. I am trying to reduce my calories very gradually (-100 a week) but I'm having a hard time reaching my quota without resorting to junk food in addition to regular healthy food. There are only so many nuts I can eat. I don't eat wheat, potato, or rice products. So it's basically been a lot of MnMs and Good & Plenties.
