I have a cat, it's male and it's had his balls chopped off, I want to get a couple of kittens but I don't know how they will get along, so if, should, how, why, sausage, when, should I shoud'nt get these kittens?

most likely they will get along, but if you do get a kitten you need to introduce them slowly to your cat, for example first day in the house don't let them meet just yet let them get used to each others scent and keep them in separate rooms.
when introducing the kitten make sure to be there in case your cat attacks or scares the kitten, if your cat is acting aggressive take the kitten away immediately and try again.
if your cat does not like the kitten at all, then it would be best to take the kitten back or give her/him to another home
I think male cats that are neutered are better with kittens than females. My females get fed up with the kitten wanting to play...males are more tolerant. Introduce them slowly, keep the kittens n a separate room at first and let them sniff each others items.
Then let them meet while supervised don't force them together. Older cat may be odd for a few days to a week but I think they will get used to each other and may end up best friends.
I had two females a few years ago, the kitten bugged the crap outta the older one hut when she grew up they tolerated each other and groomed each other. I love guys who like cats.
It's good that your cat is neutered, because he will be calmer as well as less aggressive and or territorial toward the new little guys. Definitely get kittens not adult cats, and of course have them spayed or neutered as well.
