Cats make me salivate???

Is it normal that anytime I am around a cat, I salivate like crazy? Spit fills up my mouth and I practically drool. I also clench my jaw really tight for some reason. This has been happening for as long as I can remember.

    Sounds like an allergy. Large groups of cats makes my left eye burn.
