Ever notice you go to a public toilet and the toilet paper is extremely thin? I dont think that actually save them any money because you just use 3x the amount you normaly would.

    Well cheap toilet paper really gets its value when bought in bulk vs normal toilet paper.

        It's also to make sure the system doesnt clog. Cheap thin toilet paper doesnt clog like 6 ply toilet paper

          These shitters have jet engine type vacuum. Not even Leslie Jones could clog one of these.

            It's not about one toilet it's about ALL the toilets that are hooked up to probably a singular pump in the public restroom.

    I think you can count on people in public toilets using more toilet paper than they really need irrespective of whether it's good quality or bad, because as said above, they're not the ones who have to replace it. So councils/businesses might as well buy the cheaper stuff. When it's not their house, people in general aren't thoughtful enough to be like, 'Oh, it's good quality so let's only use a little bit'.

    Plus, I agree with LloydAsher on toilet-clogging. Yuck!!

      Yep, the liquid soap was a fine item to take home until they started using foam dispensers.
