So uh I bought a pecan encrusted chicken breast from hormbachers and it has a slightly sweet taste to it. Is that normal? I ate most of it but in not gonna lie I'm slightly concerned. Apparently sweet smell is bad but I didn't smell anything from it before I cooked it
It has a rancid smell if its bad. When chicken goes bad its easy to tell because it smells so bad.
My mom once marinated some chicken and I forgot it was in my refrigerator.
Then one day I looked in the back and wondered "what's in this container?". Opening it was a major mistake. Chicken can smell really fucking bad.
