Chrome users: is it normal for a page to hang and refuse to reload or go back?

Sometimes I get this problem on my browser. Occasionally, when a page is loading, the page will suddenly stop loading and "load" endlessly. Pressing back will not do a thing, neither will refreshing the page. At this point, I can only close the tab and try again.

Has this ever happened to you?

        Try reseting all the cookie and cache <- i think that is what its called

        that crap can make some pages not even want to open.

        Down side is he have to input all your login stuff again
