Contemplating getting off of social media
I've been feeling lately that the negativity I've been seeing on social media is bringing me down and that I'm just tired of reading craziness and hateful judgment and complaining towards every single thing that exists. I want to go out and actually live my life rather than wasting time staring at a screen, too.
I know technically this is a form of social media, but I'm talking more specifically about Facebook and the like. Has anyone gotten off of social media or taken a break from it and noticed a positive difference?
