I have a continuous sound in my ears because one i went to swimming pool and maybe because of that ; some what are got stuck in my eustachian tube , is that tinnitus ? How to cure it ?

Go to a doctor. Tinnitus is caused by listening to loud music too much. It's when you get a weird, constant, high-pitch whiney noise.
Source: I have it. It's kinda annoying, but you learn to live it and most times don't even notice it.
What you describe sounds maybe like some sort of infection, best assessed by a doctor.
Put peroxide in it if that dont work go to the doctor. I cant hear out of my left ear its clogged with ear wax. I feel your pain.
