    Not a major thing, unless you start using sharper things or objects. Never believed the "qtips are bad" thing. After a shower, I usually go at it like crazy, with qtips, to get water or soap out of my ears. Feels great, and keeps them clean.

    You're just being a troll. Read the package. It tells you there. Also have you ever heard of Google? Next you will ask if it is safe to smoke cigarettes.

      I actually know a lot of smokers who got high blood pressure or cardiac arrest or cancer etc but no one ever injured himself with a cotton stick. I think it is just a stupid warning.
