What you're basically talking about is the mystical hands-free orgasm. I have heard of guys managing this, but I don't know how credible those stories are. I am more willing to believe women who say they can do it, mainly because what's going on in a woman's head during sex is a crucial factor in her reaching orgasm, whereas for us guys it's mainly about the mechanics.

Still, I guess it must be possible for guys as well. I don't know if any actual studies have been carried out on what happens leading up to men having an orgasm and ejaculating while they sleep, but I do know that we're normally paralysed when dreaming. So a wet dream can't be the result of a sleep-wank, and that means they must be triggered by stuff going on in the brain exclusively.

I have heard of young men getting so aroused that they literally come in their pants, but I have no idea how you might be able to do this voluntarily while you're conscious and day-dreaming.
