Could you recommend a good depression forum?

Hi! I like the fact that this page sometimes has real sincere and friendly interaction. But sometimes I have questions that sometimes aren't really "is it normal" material.
Do you know any nice friendly forums about depression or candida?

Help us keep this site organized and clean. Thanks!

I'll bet there are some larger mental health forums with depression sub forums on them, do a little surfing and see what happens:)

First and foremost, if you are depressed in any way (PTSD etc), you should be seeing a professional. Forums typically focus on people that are already under medical care and have limited ability to interact in live group settings. Physically being with people really helps. There are decent forums out there, but I urge you to seek professional help before visiting online forums. Most local hospitals have these types of support groups free or for a very low fee. A decent online one is depressionforum.org. Avoid .com sites, they are pay sites. This is certainly not the place for you. See a doc first! Good luck, and know it’s normal and you are not alone.

Look at the list on this site. It covers damn nearly every subject you can think of. And start washing everything when and if you shower.

Psychforums and even r/depression are decent. As for candida I thought that was something to do with yeast, wtf that has to do with depression ? Troll ??

    • Apparently, Candida overgrowth in your body both causes and then lives off a depressed organism.

I don't know if that is just some naturistic scam, but it appears to be logic.
