Counterfeit mj, heart’s been beating fast. for five days

Took some counterfeit edibles as well as vape with gave no high, only a rapid heart rate and bloodshot eyes. Any kind of mild activity or moving my left arm at all now, and my heart is beating abnormally fast. It’s been a week. Can anyone shed some light for me?
