Cracking joints feels good.

sometimes when i stand for too long, my toes will hurt and when i crack them, the relief i feel is great. It's the same with my fingers and knees. it feels so good.

and no you won't get arthritis if you crack joints. that's a myth.

    It's good to separate your joints as you get older to keep the lymnph flowing between them and prevent them from fusing together. This is particularly true in your back.

    Yes, the thing I like popping most is my back. At first I would just bend it over things, then I started doing bar hangs & that would sometimes pop it. But the thing that made it pop the best was throwing a rope over a beam, tying it slightly behind the back of my head & under my chin (not quite around my neck), holding the other end of the rope in both my hands & kicking my feet up off the ground. It stretches it out like a slinky (or at least feels like it), I can feel it popping all the way up from the bottom.
