Crunches in the shower?

Is it normal to do crunches or sit ups while my conditioner is in my hair? I do this really often, almost everyday if I'm not feeling too lazy. Does anyone else do this?

Yes I do that. 14

This just gave me the greatest idea. I am going to to invent exercise equipment that fits and works in the shower. Maybe even have some function to clean you as you work out, like a pulley system, that when you are doing something such as Row's or lat pull downs, it will spin a soaped up scrubber. I'm going to make millions (Don't worry, I will compensate you for giving me the idea).

Ewww I can barely stand putting my bare feet on the shower floor let alone the whole back of my body. Not normal for me, however could be that I'm not considered 'normal' in this particular subject.

Better than doing it on the toilet I guess

No, but I do fart a lot in the shower.

  • Nope, but I've done squats while brushing my teeth. I'd rather do squats in the shower than crunches.

Probably would give it a go if the floor of my shower was big enough. Good on you for multi-tasking though.

The idea is to get clean, not to keep sweating. Give yourself a time to work out and then a time to shower. Don't be such a slave of time.

It seems like you are obsessed with exercise. I find this incredibly odd and really funny. Not normal but hulurioues.

I don't think there is nearly enough room in my shower to do this.. Even if there was, the shower curtain would be very much against it.

I used to exercise in the shower when I took showers. It was more of a secret obsessive exercise thing than a feeling lazy thing, though.

Very seldom but it has happened before. There's nothing else to do so why not?
