Long ago, my Dad remodeled his living room so the music that he played all day would sound better. He has been dead for over a decade. But when I think of him, I mostly remember his classical music.
Some 90's music is great, even better than the garbage out now.
Besides, it's your Dad who pays for the house you live in! lol
Although i dont listen to allot of stuff he grew up with, i dont either listen to modern shit music (despacito, chillstep, modern rap music etc. i think thats all garbage) i just prefer oldschool dubstep.
I agree. Someone finding 90s music annoying and old-fashioned must be someone barely out of highschool or in college, which was where I was in the 90s. Me and my friends, girlfriends, at the time could never imagine all the great 90s shit like Nine inch nails, Pearl Jam, Guns n roses, Nirvana, Smashing pumpkins, and Metallica to ever be old fashioned and annoying. But I guess to the 18-25 year old crowd today, it hits them the same way 60s music hit us then. But even that wasn't true, I loved alot of 60s music like the Beatles when I was young.
my son loves the old shit i play , he thought it was his generations music because its on commercials. then he found out it was all stolen from my generation. so then using You tube i showed him stuff that just blows his mind . My son is cool. you are the asshole here.
Im an asshole for having a different opinion on this type of music? Wow, i guess opinions arent a thing anymore.
having a differing taste in music doent make anyone an asshole . being an asshole about that opinion makes one the asshole. This is some pretty basic stuff. like life skills that start in the first grade. take you blog to your dad and see if he agrees with me.
Ive had to deal with the music my entire life almost every single day, wouldnt you be irritated having to always listen to some music you dont like all day and you cant convince them to stop?
Pretend to like his music and then ask if you could play him some styles of music you like. If you don't like any music just shut the radio off so there's silence and he'll get the point! lol. Might be a good time to actually talk to your Dad without the annoyance.
