Dad to force himself to touch intimate parts

I asked this question back then i just want to ask this again to affirm what the responses I received . It happened waaay back then when i was a child and went on for years...
My dad has a very short fuse and was an alcohol addict i mean he goes drunk and fights with my mom alot and because of that we fear our dad alot. So i remember back then he usually goes home drunk calls me to his bedroom [sometimes he also calls my brother] to touch our private parts we we're confused back then. t sometimes it feels kinda weird and scary that i usually protest against it but he usually threatens me into staying there and letting him touch my private parts.
Is that normal?

    Report him to the police! Also encourage your brother to do the same thing.
