Darrell brooks needs to die

The man who killed 6 people an injured 62 people does not need a trial. It was obvious that he did it. He needs to die immediately!!! I would recommend a beheading with dismemberment of his corpse into 6 pieces, one of each family of the victims. Everybody in the surrounding area would get to attend as well as the victims families and all the injured people. If they were too injured to attend, it would be televised to their location.

There are so many cases in American history where a trial was not needed. Everybody on death row should be dead if there is no debate to their conviction. They need to die within 24 hours of the end of the trial. The families should have input on the method of execution and disposition of the corpse. When you are a serious criminal and commit a capital crime, you forfeit all your rights, including that to a decent funeral and burial.

I'm so sick of Facebook removing comments for posts that "promote violence"!!! If someone wants to post this, it's their right to blow off steam. In some cases, the violence suggested should be carried out, if it's on a criminal. America's justice system needs to be reformed and so does Facebook's policies!!! If America and Facebook don't change, then fuck them both!!!

I strongly disagree every American deserves a fair trial in my opinion even if it's known they did it. And the long process of appeals is so we do not execute an innocent person. I also like the fact that "cruel and unusual" punishments are illegal in the USA. Although that doesn't seem to be always upheld.

Personally I got pissed about the mock trial the US put Sadam Hussian under not allowing him lawyers and shit. If you do this with American citizens it just opens a door you dont wanna open and eventually it will also affect you.

    The trial is:
    A. A constitutional right. Even if it's obvious, he still gets one.
    B. Not necessarily a case of whether or not he did it. It's more to determine whether or not he was sane at the time of the crime.

It's also important to note the "Death Row" sentencing has to be unanimous amongst the jury members. Otherwise (In most states.) the judge has to give him life without parole.

... and this is why I wouldn't be adverse to vigilante justice. Darrell Brooks is a true scumbag.

As a native wisconsinite I agree that we need to increase his crime from a domestic state orientated court crime to a federal mass murder crime. The difference is that in wisconsin we dont have a death penalty. In the cases of federal mass murder theres only two options life in prison or death.

Intentionally diving through people in a parade is terrorism.

This is why I support the death penalty, not for every offense but when its 100% known the guy is guilty and committed an atrocity.
Shame that he was released on bail beforehand by democratic Milwaukee.

By not supporting it 100% of the time. Kyle rittenhouse wasnt a mass shooter style crime. It was two incidents linked together.

Theres a difference between shooting a guy and mowing down grandma's and children.

Everyone has a right to a fair trial. Kyle's wasnt fair but I'm certain if the verdict was anything but innocent on all charges the judge would of called a mistrial.

In this case I would want death penalty on the table from the ground of it being a terror attack that resulted in mass murder from an unfeeling monster.

Someone ought to build, time machine and send him back to Mississippi in the 1920s, and let them deal with his sorry ass.

He should be freed immediately. A red SUV was responsible. In fact it was a parade inflatable lightly floating down the street and gently bumping into some folks. The people who died never existed in the first place. Waukesha is a made up town.
