Dasani sparkling berry water is bad

The taste of berries is smothered under disgusting layers of acidity, bitterness, and chemicals.

0% juice and 0 calories. I don't want sugar, but man, this can is nasty!

Guess, what? I'm still drinking it. I suffered through one can months ago, and now I'm back for seconds just cause I wanted something.

Dasani water in general is a waste of money. It's just tap water with additives for "taste". Those additives can cause birth defects in pregnant women. It just doesnt make sense to bottle tap water and add harmful chemicals and salt to make it taste different. The ONLY ingredients in water should be water. Dasani needs to just go out of business. Their water doesnt even taste good, it tastes like metal.

    • Their plastic bottles were also the thickest. So they waste a lot of plastic and apparently contribute more to pollution.

Yeah, those zero fizzy waters aren't that great. They taste the way my puke tastes when my stomach is empty. XD

    • Yes! I was trying to describe it, but I was missing something. This water does remind me of vomit.

Dasani is a Coca-Cola product. What more needs to be said?

I'm not one of those people who believes aspartame is literally poison, but there seems to be growing evidence that long-term consumption of artificial sweeteners can cause problems. If something tastes weird and unpleasant, it's probably best not to eat or drink it.

When I lived in Las Vegas I used to go to this water store, and buy alkaline water. There was no such type of water store when I lived in Kingwood, Texas. I haven't really bothered to look for anything like that here in Dover, Delaware. When it comes to the water thing I miss Las Vegas. People in the desert take their bottled water very seriously. After living in the desert for 15 years I NEVER go anywhere without a bottle of cold water. When I lived down South in Mississippi I could drink soda all day, but living in the desert I really craved pure clean water.

When it comes to water now I usually drink this natural spring water from Pennsylvania called Deer Park, when I was in Texas I drank Ozarka. I basically just drink the bottled water plain without really adding any flavor to it.

If I make iced tea or lemonade I always sweeten it with either natural sugar or stevia. I never use any sort of artificial sweeteners!

Dasani isn't a great brand to begin with.

Get yourself a water filter and a sodastream and you can drink what you like.

It's all just overpriced seltzer water. Pick a brand. Combined with vodka can give you a low calorie drink son.

  • Never tried it I normally like berry stuff but some flavored water kinds are disgusting. Sparkling stuff I really can’t do it just ain’t right and messes with my head. I’ve tried to drink it once but carbonated water is a no go for me.
