Like if you were being mugged then you could just teleport away, or if you needed to get to the hospital asap then you could just teleport there. That'd be worth the nipples moving 1mm closer together.

After the nipples meet in the middle do they cross patches and continue until they reach the other tiddy? Like keep going across your back? Or do you run out of turns once they meet?

That might actually be quite useful. I would stop short of acquiring the full mono-nipple though.
