Did my best friend overreact after i asked him “how big is your penis?”

Later that day he said “You’re lucky I didn’t walk out of the room” (which seemed somewhat harsh to me and secretly hurt my feelings some, especially after I explained my unusual reason for asking and had earlier said I was sorry about it.)

- We’ve had feelings for each other throughout our entire friendship and we’re both single

- While we were alone I asked my best friend how big his penis is (using a technique I learned online).
- It went kind of badly.
- After he responded I explained about how it was a technique I learned online from a girl who used it said it had only ever not worked once and that I was really curious to know how he’d react/respond.)
