I went from 117 pounds to 127. I lost six in the last two months and I'm 121 pounds now. I did much better than other people I know who gained 20+ pounds. My brother, my boyfriend's sister, and a few of my coworkers who work part time are all obese now and they won't stop bitching about it.

    • 6 pounds in 2 months is a lot considering that you’re about half my weight! Got any tips on how you did it?

I'm not sure if this helps, but I cut back on the sugar and I stopped slacking off on my daily exercise.

I have had less desire to eat. I don't think I need to explain why I lost weight in my case.

I put on a lot, at first I just didn't care and comfort ate till I got to 160lbs! I'm down below 130 lbs since the first of January 2021.

I put on 20 lbs because I used to ride public transportation and walked a lot, but then I drove which cut that out.

I put on a LOT during 2020. I had to meet family I hadn't seen in years too inconveniently right after my massive pandemic weight gain.. I was so upset because it was the biggest I've ever been in my life and they never met me at my normal weight which is about 125 pounds, they met me at 180 🤦‍♀️ I'm still embarrassed about it what timing to see family again! Never gonna let myself get that big again if I can help it

I put on 10 pounds. Most of it is from when I contracted COVID.

Yeah, I was about 185lbs at my heaviest. My healthy weight ranges from about 115lbs to 140lbs, so that was probably contributing to some health issues I was having. No clue what weight I am atm lol, gotta get a scale and I should probably go to the doctor more often.

I went from eating three meals a day to one meal a day, so I ended up losing 35 pounds in a year.

    • I lost 4 pounds over 1 month since I realized that I’m about to get a double chin. This will take ages though, since I’m 45 pounds heavier than March 2020

I'm still trying to lose weight all I need to do is to remove that unhealthy junk I feed myself and keep it permanent.

My weight is about the same, but I'm pretty sure I ate too many potatoes chips tonight. 😣

I lost a bit of weight but I don't think it was pandemic related. I stopped nursing my youngest and so became much less hungry. Only about 2kgs.

I actually lost weight. I ate a lot less take-out food. Working from home helped in not going to get take-out at lunch.
