I was diagnosed with HIV about a year ago since then I have not been able to engage in sexual activities. I am very conflicted by the possibility that I may pass the virus on. It is not a necessity to have sex and I am well aware of the consequences of having it unprotected. However, if there is an arrangement for protected sex, should there be a disclosure of health conditions?
Disclose it always before you put someone at risk of a life-ruining illness, you piece of shit!

Yes, disclose it. In the US, it’s a serious crime to pass along HIV to an unsuspecting partner. Plus, you’re a complete POS as a human if you do so.
Tell them. Condons can fail. If someone gave me hiv without telling me they had it. Well I would go out of my way to ruin what is left of there life if not just straight up kill them as slowky as i can. Already doomed to die would hate to not get my revenge in

Condoms are not always effective.
Sorry that you are HIV positive, but you need a be honest with anyone you want to be intimate with.
If I really fell for someone I would sleep with them anyway as long as we used a condom and I was taking prep.
You have to tell them though, no two ways about it.
