Dizziness after sitting, laying down, takes awhile to recover? 62*

I am a 62 year old arthritic male, I wake up, stand up, and have to cane/wobble into the kitchen pour my coffee and go to my computer. I sit and drink coffee 10 min and the stand (dizzy headed). Lay on my exercise bench do 20 reps exercises - Hip replacement from 2yrs ago - ankle fusion 3 yr ago - MS 40 yr ago. I have never been SO dizzy headed lately - say the past 3-4 days?

I have been doing a lot of bench exercises and cane walking.. seems to calm my arthritis but can make me too dizzy. Am I exercising too much?

Ask your doctor but I doubt it’s too much exercise. It sounds more like low blood pressure, which could even be from medications.

Are you drinking enough water? Also, if could be an ear problem. I recetly had a feeling like I was going to fall when walking and my doctor cleaned out a lot of ear wax and it went away. Check with your doctor. Any heart problems?
