Do certain hot dog brands cause illness?

I been working on a 100 count pack of Brand S hot dogs for the past month and starting to feel sick after my lunch. They seem more lighter than other hot dogs, like less meat or something, I dunno. Its the only meat I can afford.

What's the expiration date? Maybe since they're a month old you should throw them out.

When you open a package of anything, the expiration date is accelerated. It may say it expires a few months from now on the package, but after you open it, you have at most a week. Those 100 pack hot dogs are meant for households with more than one person. As in, it's meant to be consumed quick. Please throw those things out before you wind up in the hospital.

You know cured meat is a Class 1 carcinogen, right?

If you insist on buying a 100 count which you will consume over a month, at least freeze the majority. When you thaw ones to eat, eat them soon after thawing. Rice and beans are a complete protein source, and cheap too (dried not canned).

You should check the expiration date and any possible recalls.
