Do computer screens make you dizzy and sick? iin?

Do you get dizziness from your computer screen? Looking at a screen for several hours every day is making me sick. My vision gets fuzzy from the screen. I swear I'm going to quit my job. I'm not cut out for staring at screens all day. I'm noticing I much prefer books and paper now to lighted screens. They're making me physically sick. I can tolerate screens for about 3 hours a day and that's my max.

    That doesn't sound normal to me. I work on computers a lot as well, sometimes up to 8 hours a day. It can make your eyes feel a bit tired after a while, so I try to make a 10 minute break every 2 hours or so. But actually getting sick from it? That sounds unusual, you might consider consulting a doctor, especially if it severely hinders your performance at work.

    Very rarely I've got that effect from certain games, but I think that was more like motion sickness than from the screen itself.
