Do i have panic disorder?

I was wondering if I should tell my parents about a problem i frequently experience.

It goes that when I watch something on TV, like something deep about outer space, it makes me feel very anxious.

My heart beats faster and I feel like vomiting, on top of that I get jittery and I feel like crying.
It also happens when I am far away from home, like in another country.

I am very alert, whenever the air blows by or whenever there is a loud sound I think that it’s an earthquake and my heart races.
It happened a lot where I would wake up in a cold sweat terrified because I thought there was an earthquake. In truth I am scared by many things. I wonder if it’s normal?

Based on what you said most likely you are either having panic attacks or anxiety attacks. Panic attacks are random occurrences while anxiety attacks are cause by a stressor other than that they have pretty much the same symptoms. Both are fairly common and can be treated if you seek professional help.

Can't say whether you have a disorder or not but you do sound very on edge and anxious. I think talking to your parents would be a good idea :)
