Waffle are delicious and should be accompanied by a sweet syrup drizzled on top ever so slightly to get it on all edges of the waffle, not with some cream cheese. I think that is disrespectful to the waffle. But that's just me.

I love cream cheese and waffles. My favorite though is breakfast sausage on waffles. No syrup or anything else, just a sandwich of waffles and breakfast sausage. So delicious
