I don't think so, at least not by casual observation. You might be able to tell if say, you're hanging out with someone for a while and they become uncomfortable or offended when something sexual is brought up, but that would be an extreme scenario of someone who was actually against or weirded out by sex rather than just someone who hasn't had it.
