Do vivid dreams ruin your sleep?
I often have very vivid, long dreams. Most of the time, they're nightmares or just plain stressful/chaotic. But I wake up in the morning and am absolutely exhausted all day. Recently, I feel on the brink of collapsing. Is this normal? Do these crazy dreams wreck my sleep somehow? Does anyone else deal with this? Has anyone talked to their doctor about it?
(A note, I've been to the doctor and have had multiple routine check-ups and tests and nothing is physically wrong with me that might explain my exhaustion, but I haven't specifically brought up the dreaming problem to him.)
