Mother Nature, is said to be the 'God' of all things nature (e.g. fire, water, land, air, earthquakes, lakes, flowers, trees etc) do you think she is real?

I think it's just a term that embodies nature as a whole, in that sense I believe in the value of the term.
Moms gonna fix it all soon, moms comin round to put it back the way it ought to be. That's what I heard.
I believe in evolution. Many many MANY years ago, some stars and shit exploded and POOF the little molecules formed a big ass sphere called earth. After a ton of years little things formed on it and then eventually humans came around.

She's a metaphor for nature's actions, you shouldn't take it so seriously, and she's not a Goddess in a religious standpoint. She's a Deity (i.e. she's a Goddess with no religion, till she envelops a religion she can't be a Goddess). Sorry I just went all Theological on your question, but I'm trying to give a more realistic aspect to your question. Not saying you should think a god (catholic or not) runs the Earth, honestly it's hard giving you an answer seeing I'm an atheist. But believe what you want for your preferred aspect.
"Nature", is not a mother.
"Nature", is all massenergy in the Universe, whether it is a life form, or whether it is not a life form.

Goddess. She represents the feminine qualities of life. It is a concept that should not be viewed as a person with human traits.
Is "she" real? Yes, but only part of the whole. Mother earth, father sky.
Of course you have to believe in mother nature because it's real. I don't know where the term "mother nature" came from but if you wanted to lose that phrase you could ask if nature was real and the obvious answer would be yes..
