By a near death experience im referring to the phenomenon where people almost die, they report seeing a light and a loving & extremely positive and life changing event, but for some reason they come back to life.

I believe that people have them, but I don't believe that the things they see are any more real than the dreams we have when we are asleep.

DMT is not proven to be produced at birth or death, that guy was talking out of his ass, it was a theory that one scientist had. but cant be proven due to how fast its metabolized and how little of it you actually get. 60$ gets you about 7-10 bowls which is about 3-4 trips. go get some. its completely safe

Yeah but it seems obvious that it is just a coping mechanism. Although it seems weird that that particular trait would evolve, unless you see it as meant to ease panic in a dire situation because that may increase survival chance.
how can one not believe in them, people almost die all the time, illness, major car accidents, natural disasters, being stabbed or shot.
I think there is a afterlife, many religions prove it and also people have proven this with such expierence.
Think about it, when u died u only see blackness what do u feel concentrate on it?....and....
U feel its not right, ur worried or something atleast most people are, because by instinct and ur higher self know where u are truly going and i believe that we live on the planet now and its a hell.... its a sad world, sad news on tv all the time. While it also has its beautifull places.
I am spiritual, i see spirits and its surely not a illusion i saw it very bright and clearly. Beside lights also flashing in my home which connects with me somehow. I just understand people are blinded by the materialistic and not spiritual side of life. So dont worry when its ur time to go, you go to a better place then earth if u ask me. No worries, no fear i heard in alot of story's of people they expierenced calmness, lighter, opened and they are still concience of things thats the most beautifull part. =)
Respect for the people who think otherwise. I am speaking how i expierence things... so if u agree or dont agree with me, its my own expierence.
So yes i believe and there more little proofs in life itself which can tell u alot about it. Just open ur eyes.
